Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Business Continuity Strategies are all covered under this phase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Development-<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The implementation part is carried on in this step where risk monitoring, responding and risk recovery is undertaken by the professionals. Activities such as Crisis and Emergency Management Plans, IT Disaster Recovery Plan, Incident Responses etc are undertaken in this phase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Maintenance-<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The plans\u2019 training, testing and maintenance are critical for recovery during business disruptive events.
