To implement the gap analysis a gap analysis Team is formed to review the gap and modify the non-compliant points in accordance with the required standard. Scheduling of the gap analysis exercise ensures the coordination between all the participating members and team members. The scope of the gap analysis is estimated by the team to distribute it to auditors to make a summarized report consisting of all audit conclusions indicating all non-compliance gaps in the report.
